Rubenstein Business Law Expands By Adding New York Big Law Attorney


The growing virtual business law firm of Rubenstein Business Law continues to expand by adding former Wilkie Farr & Gallagher business litigation lawyer Erica Spier Berman to its attorney ranks.

Ms. Berman focuses her practice on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including breach of contract claims, insurance and government investigations. In addition, she maintains an active litigation schedule with Rubenstein Business Law’s growing client base.

Prior to joining Rubenstein Business Law, Ms. Berman spent over eight years as a litigation attorney at New York’s Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Ms. Berman has handled a number of pro bono matters, including advising and representing indigent tenants in residential landlord-tenant disputes and eviction proceedings.

Ms. Berman earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Washington University.

Ms. Berman is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern

and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
